On November 16, 2023, KBP facilitated a Strategic Planning Work Group at the Cameron Estate Inn in Mount Joy, PA. The session covered a range of strategic considerations, including growth and expansion, leveraging technology and platforms, and sustainable cost containment practices. The meeting also touched on future enhancements and improvements vital for KBP’s continued success. Post-meeting, attendees had the opportunity to unwind and network over cocktails and dinner.
